PAL Toronto Is Recognized

In 2003, PAL Canada completely revised its constitution and structure to provide full recognition of the relationship which now existed between the original organization and these new regional entities.  In the process it turned over the responsibility for the Performing Arts Lodge in Toronto to a newly created Toronto Chapter with its own Board, thus freeing itself for the pursuit of its goals on a nation-wide basis. The wisdom of these initiatives has been demonstrated by the addition of new Chapters in Halifax, Calgary and Winnipeg.
