10. Choice of law
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by PAL Canada from its offices within Canada. PAL Canada makes no representation or warranty that materials at this Site are appropriate or available for use at any locations outside Canada. If you access this Site from outside Canada, you are responsible for compliance with all local law. You may not export any of the Materials accessible through this Site in violation of applicable export laws and regulations. These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, construed and governed by the laws in force in the Province of Ontario, without reference to its conflict of laws principles.
